Returning & exchanging online orders

If you return your order within 30 days, and the item(s) are unworn with the hangtag and packaging intact, you are eligible for a return for exchange or refund. If you have lost your order/return form, simply include a note with your order number and name. If you purchased your bracelet from one of our retailers, please contact the retailer directly.

Return process

  • Enter the email address and postal code associated with the delivery address.
  • Select the product you would like to return.
  • Choose between an exchange (free return label) or a refund (return shipping costs at your own expense).
  • Create your shipping label through the portal, print it, and attach it to the parcel, or use the QR code (if available).
  • Print your packing slip / return form and include it in your parcel. You can find your packing slip / return form in your account, in an email received from us, and/or inside your parcel.
  • Drop off your parcel with the carrier indicated on the shipping label.

Return Policy 

  • Online order number is required for all returns and exchanges
  • In-store purchases must be returned to the original retailer
  • Refunds are issued for returns made within 30 days of delivery, to the original payment method for the amount originally paid. 
  • Refunds are submitted immediately and typically take up to 5-10 days to process
  • Only unworn and unaltered items with all tags attached are accepted
  • Exchanges must be of equal or greater value, or settled via refund or additional charge
  • Pig & Hen reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges in case of abuse, limited to twice per customer
  • If a free gift was included and you request a refund, the gift must also be returned
  • If not returned, the value of the gift will be deducted from your refund
  • For exchanges, you may keep the free gift
Returning in-store purchases

In-store purchases must be returned to the point of purchase. Items bought in-store cannot be returned by mail to Pig & Hen, and cannot be processed at our warehouse.
